Return Eligibility

We support a flexible and customer-friendly 60-day return policy for all products. Customers can apply for return service within 60 days after receiving the goods if you are not completely satisfied with the product scent, packaging or actual experience. All unused, unopened, intact products with original packaging are eligible for return application.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and verify the returned products meet the return standards, we will initiate the refund procedure immediately. The funds will be returned to the original payment account within5 to 10 business days. The specific arrival time is subject to the processing rules of your payment platform.

Return Instructions

Please ensure the returned products are intact, with complete original packaging, no damage, no artificial use traces and no missing accessories. We reserve the right to reject returns for damaged, used or incomplete products caused by personal reasons.

Exception Terms

Products damaged due to personal transportation, improper storage or artificial damage after receipt are not eligible for free return. Normal slight aroma difference caused by personal taste preference does not affect the legitimate return rights of customers.
